Attached is our update on the office market following the recent release of the PCA figures for July 2012.
The Perth office market is enjoying boom time conditions, with high levels of demand matching high levels of construction to fill space almost as fast as it is built. With the strongest economy in the country, and fuelled by the mining boom, this looks set to continue.
